L’assoluzione di Raffaele Fitto (via routers.com) è una buona notizia. La verità è stata ristabilita contro qualsiasi strumentalizzazione ai fini dello scontro politico.
IL PROCESSO > Raffaele ha rinunciato alla prescrizione dimostrando così piena fiducia nella magistratura giudicante, pur di avere una sentenza che riconoscesse in pieno la sua totale estraneità ai fatti contestategli.

IL RAMMARICO > Infatti rimane il rammarico che per ottenere la verità si sia dovuto aspettare oltre sei anni e per tutti quegli articoli sui giornali che avevano già emesso sentenza di condanna. Fitto ha dimostrato cosa vuol dire fare buona politica. Anche perchè se avesse dato retta a certi giornali che lo volevano subito dimissionario…
Intanto il pm che lo aveva accusato, oggi è assessore nella giunta Vendola con Idv. LASCIO A VOI QUALSIASI COMMENTO.

Caro Maurizio , grande solidarietà all’onorevole Fitto . Sulla mia pelle ho provato cosa voglia dire una Magistratura arruffona e superficiale dove la vittima molto spesso è colpevole .Purtroppo una mancanza gravissima del governo del Presidente Berlusconi è stata proprio quella di non riformare profondamente la Giustizia Italiana . Noi del centro-destra non ci crediamo più , sono 15 anni di promesse a vuoto , riforma fiscale , riforma della giustizia , riforma dell’architrave costituzionale ovvero la Rivoluzione Liberale che avete disatteso ..

ho letto la notizia dell assoluzione di raffaele fitto,e sono contentissimo che finalmente qualche signor giudice ogni tanto si metta una mano sulla coscienza,intanto quello che mi da molto fastidio che il pm che lo aveva accusato adesso e assessore con vendola nella lista idv di dipietro,percio invito tutti gli italiani come me che capiscono di politica,onesta come e stata fatta da voi tutti dell pdl,di andare a votare sempre.
se invece votano bersani,dipietro,vendola, fini,ecc ecc l italia sara non piu governata da un presidente dell consiglio ma sara invece comandata dai giudici,e da i sindacati,e ci troveremmo quasi tutti accusati ingiustamente come il ministro fitto,e il presidente berlusconi,ecc ecc……….
finisco con farvi i migliori saluti,e proporre all parlamento una legge severissima contro i giudici che anche loro hanno diritto a qualsiasi sbaglio che fanno a pagare di sacchetta proprio,no a spese dello stato come hanno sempre fatto.un arrivederci da pierpaolo e tutta la cittadinanza di cosenza,a presto signor maurizio-lupi…
E’ stato fortunato ad aver avuto giustizia in 7 anni. Io per un processo civile in 5 anni ho avuto 3 udienze.
Sapete chi mi ricorda? Byron Moreno, famigerato arbitro ecuadoriano di qualche mondiale fa, del cui arbitraggio arbitrario tutta l’Italia fece le spese… Sapeste che villa ha ora in Ecuador!! Per farvi sorridere, ma solo un po’…
E la cosa che aggrava il tutto è l’essere stato giudicato su certi giornali come colpevole. Prima. E comunque.
