Oggi in Consiglio dei Ministri abbiamo lavorato sull’approvazione del trattato Italia-Francia per la Tav Torino Lione.

Sono soddisfatto dell’accelerazione che stiamo dando a quest’opera strategica mantenendo tutti gli impegni che ci siamo assunti con i rappresentanti degli enti locali, con la Francia e con l’Unione europea.

IN CONSIGLIO DEI MINISTRI
Oggi è stato approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri lo schema di disegno di legge per la ratifica dell’Accordo tra Italia e Francia con lo scopo di:
- Stabilire le condizioni di realizzazione del progetto Tav di collegamento ferroviario misto merci-viaggiatori tra Torino e Lione e le condizioni di esercizio di tale opera, una volta realizzata
- Stabilire le condizioni di un migliore utilizzo della linea storica del Fréjus, definendo in particolare le misure di accompagnamento del progetto e le misure di sicurezza
- Ridurre, per la prima fase, la percentuale di costi a carico dell’Italia ora fissata al 57,9% ferma restando la ripartizione in misura paritaria, tra i due Paesi, dell’eventuale surplus dei costi
Questo trattato, stipulato a Roma il 30 gennaio 2012 tra il Governo italiano e quello francese, integra il precedente Accordo stipulato il 29 gennaio 2001.
Il collegamento ferroviario Torino-Lione si colloca nella tratta strategica del Corridoio Mediterraneo della rete Transeuropea TEN-T da Madrid a Kiev.
BENEFICI DELLA TAV
Con l’approvazione del disegno di legge, il Governo conferma la decisione della priorità di quest’opera strategica la cui realizzazione comporterà evidenti benefici in termini di:
- Dimezzamento dei tempi di percorrenza per i passeggeri (da Milano a Parigi si passa da 7 ore e mezza a 4)
- Incremento della capacità nel trasporto merci (portata da 1.050 a 2.050 tonnellate e lunghezza fino a 750 metri per treno, con costi di esercizio quasi dimezzati)
- Riduzione del numero di camion su strada (circa 600.000 l’anno) con evidenti vantaggi per l’ambiente: riduzione annuale di emissioni gas serra (a regime 3 milioni di tonnellate equivalenti di anidride carbonica corrispondente alla Co2 di una città di 300mila abitanti)
- Trasformazione della linea esistente in metropolitana di valle a servizio dei residenti
- Riduzione degli incidenti stradali e dei connessi costi sociali

Inoltre, la realizzazione del progetto avrà ripercussioni favorevoli sul fattore occupazionale, mediante la creazione di nuovi posti di lavoro, che è valutata in un incremento di più di mille persone direttamente impegnate nell’opera e duemila occupati indiretti.
OPERE DI RIQUALIFICAZIONE
L’attenzione sulla sostenibilità della Tav è stata confermata, inoltre, anche dall’approvazione, nelle Commissioni del Senato, dell’emendamento che ha stanziato 30 milioni di euro per il triennio 2013-2015 (10 l’anno) per le opere di compensazione per i comuni della Valle di Susa, cioè di interventi di riqualificazione del territorio che saranno individuati dal Ministero delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti e dai rappresentanti degli enti locali.
Si tratta di risorse che metteranno in moto investimenti, e che quindi non verranno computate ai fini del patto di stabilità interna.

Ciao Maurizio sicuramente è utile accellerare la ripresa dei lavori della TAV, per creare lavoro e dare una sferzata a questa crisi che c’è in giro, io sono Campano, e caro Maurizio qui esiste una sofferenza terribile i poveri aumentano, la Caritas non c’è la fa più a tirare avanti, quindi l’unica alternativa è creare lavoro ed essere competitivi verso l’industria estera che ci sta portando via molte commesse di lavoro tipo INDESIT etc.
