Nonostante l’inserimento del Fattore Famiglia nella manovra del dicembre 2011, il testo del governo non considera la famiglia
Un passo avanti tre indietro. Non è una novità per la legislazione sulla famiglia.
Anche se il Fattore Famiglia è stato introdotto nella manovra di fine anno e il Pdl ha lavorato in Commissione Bilancio alla Camera per rivedere l’Indicatore sulla Situazione Economica ed Equivalente (Isee), le bozze del decreto che leggiamo non tengono in considerazione la famiglia come nucleo di riferimento.

Che cos’è l’Isee?
L’Isee individua le tariffe dei servizi da pagare e dei benefici per i cittadini. Per questo motivo va costruito al meglio, in modo che risponda con equità alle reali spese che la famiglia sostiene.

A questo punto si deve intervenire su questo testo modificandolo in particolare su due punti:
## 1 > la scala di equivalenza, non può non tenere conto del peso effettivo di tutti i componenti del nucleo familiare, con particolare attenzione ai figli e alle situazioni di disabilità.
## 2 > calcolare effettivamente le spese sostenute dalle famiglie per l’abitazione principale, ovvero Imu ed affitti.
In una nota congiunta con Barbara Saltamartini, Gabriele Toccafondi e Alessandro Pagano ci auguriamo che il testo definitivo, che a breve arriverà in Parlamento per le espressioni dei pareri, tenga conto di quanto già deciso e votato dall’Aula lo scorso dicembre per dare alla famiglia il posto che merita.
