(Aggiornamento 4 ottobre) La tragedia di Lampedusa è immane. Sono costantemente aggiornato dell’evolversi della situazione dal comando generale delle Capitanerie di Porto – Guardia Costiera.

Come riportato anche sul sito della Presidenza del Consiglio, per oggi venerdì 4 ottobre è stata proclamata una giornata di lutto nazionale “per l’immane tragedia avvenuta la mattina del 3 ottobre, quando un barcone di migranti è naufragato a circa mezzo miglio dell’Isola dei Conigli al largo di Lampedusa”.

Grazie a tutte le persone che oggi mi hanno fatto gli auguri di buon compleanno. Ricordarsi di un altro è il segno di un rapporto che c’è e che vuole crescere. Un’amicizia, una condivisione di progetti e di ideali non è un fatto formale, è pieno di ciò che accade.
Oggi non possiamo restare indifferenti a quanto è successo in mare di fronte a Lampedusa. Questa tragedia immane – è appena giunta la notizia che sotto il barcone rovesciato sono stati trovati altri 100 corpi che si vanno aggiungere ai 93 sin qui recuperati, e il numero purtroppo è destinato ad aumentare -, non è umanamente sopportabile.
Bisogna soccorrere i naufraghi del mare – compito nel quale gli uomini della Guardia costiera si stanno impegnando da mesi, solo ieri hanno salvato 155 persone – ma bisogna anche fare tutto il possibile per fermare i trafficanti di morte che sfruttano la speranza dei poveri. E’ un dovere di cui dobbiamo farci carico, di cui deve farsi carico la comunità internazionale e l’Unione europea in particolare.
Il presidente della Repubblica Giorgio Napolitano ha parlato di “presidi adeguati lungo le coste da cui partono questi viaggi di disperazione e di morte” e chiede di fornire al Frontex, (l’Agenzia europea per la gestione della cooperazione internazionale alle frontiere esterne degli Stati membri dell’Ue) le risorse di cui necessita per le opere di pattugliamento e per gli accordi con i Paesi confinanti con l’Unione europea per la riammissione dei migranti extracomunitari.
Non è accettabile che in tre anni il Frontex abbia perso quasi un terzo delle proprie risorse, fra il 2011 e il 2013 ha visto ridursi il proprio budget da 118,2 milioni di euro a 85,7 milioni, con una flessione del 27,5%.
Giustamente il ministro dell’Interno Angelino Alfano, da Lampedusa ha chiamato il commissario Ue agli Affari interni Cecilia Malmstrom, invitandola a una visita sull’isola, il commissario ha risposto che lo farà quanto prima, e ha chiesto che il dramma degli immigrati sia affrontato al prossimo Consiglio europeo.

via subito la legge che punisce per favoreggiamento all’immigrazione clandestina coloro che soccorrono con le loro barche i naufraghi.
Proponi subito questa cosa, e falla approvare in pochi giorni.

Mi scuso del ritardo ma ho avuto qualche impegno incombente.
Questa tragedia è figlia di una mancata politica europea che tratta l’immigrazione.
Il problema non riguarda la legge Bossi-Fini.

SIg.re A.G.Fucilone io sono per imitare Spagna e Malta.Proposta perchè non prelevare questi disperati con aerei e destinarli in vaste zone come America del Nord,del Sud,Australia,Russia,ecc.Basta con questa storia di profughi per convenienza,di donne in stato interessante,bambini per suscitare compassione.I problemi li risolve chi li ha(Lampedusa e L’Italia)non si può aspettare sempre l’aiuto dell’Europa(a L’Europa non interessano i clandestini e profughi poichè i vari stati amano il proprio territorio e i propri cittadini e non intendono assillarli con tasse per mantenere stranieri(molto comodo farsi mantenere)
…e intanto la Boldrini si è permessa di incolpare gli italiani per queste tragedie!
Ma non la si può mandare a quel paese una volta per tutte?
Danni all’Italia ne ha già fatti in altre occasioni, come quando relazionò all’ONU che non esisteva alcuna emergenza per l’Italia se approdavano sulle coste di Lampedusa e dell’Italia decine e decine di migliaia di tunisini e di libici, perchè quegli sbarchi facevano parte del consueto tran tran.
Ma lei, la sciùra Boldrini, quanti migranti sta ospitando?
Sig.ra Mina Pungetti la penso come lei e aggiungo ma si rendono conto che Lampedusa è adatta ad ospitare rifugiati pari ad un numero di 250 posti,è un’isola di 6000 abitanti ed adesso ne accoglie 1250;i numeri parlano da soli(la situazione è molto precaria).L’Italia non ha nulla di cui colpevolizzarsi,forse è l’Europa che sta a guardare questa invasione senza muovere un dito e anzi critica.Per entrare in ogni Nazione servono documenti in ordine pertanto chi non si attiene a questa regola commette violazioni di norme penali o amministrative.
