Con amici e colleghi abbiamo sottoscritto un appello per chiedere al Governo un ripensamento riguardo ai tagli lineari che mettono sullo stesso piano regioni virtuose e non
Ecco il testo dell’appello che ho sottoscritto:
Chiediamo un deciso ripensamento da parte del governo, l’abbandono della politica dei tagli lineari per passare, con autorevolezza, a una politica di merito e di valutazione della virtuosita’ dei bilanci e della spesa delle regioni.
Il nostro impegno nelle aule parlamentari sara’ proprio all’insegna di questo proposito: abbandono dei tagli lineari, guardare agli investimenti e favorire chi amministra in modo efficiente e trasparente. Sostenere la ripresa economica partendo proprio dalle regioni maggiormente virtuose e in grado, come la Lombardia, di far ripartire il ‘Sistema Paese'”.

La Regione Lombardia non ha mai avuto richiami o provvedimenti sulla gestione del bilancio e delle risorse, adeguando il proprio strumento di programmazione alle recenti disposizioni governative sulla omogeneita’ dei bilanci. E’ un grave errore politico e di buona amministrazione mettere sullo stesso piano la Lombardia con altre regioni che virtuose nella spesa non lo sono di certo.
