Focus decreto: come cambia la sanità italiana
Il Consiglio dei ministri ha varato il decreto legge con le nuove norme sulla sanità italiana. Ecco nel dettaglio come e cosa cambia con attenzione particolare alla regolamentazione del gioco e alla maggior informazione sul gioco d’azzardo patologico
Tra le novità principali sicuramente le aggregazioni tra medici di famiglia, pediatri, specialisti ambulatoriali e guardia medica allo scopo di garantire ai pazienti un’assistenza 24 ore su 24.

Ma sono presenti anche norme per limitare la pubblicità dei giochi con vincite in denaro, con particolare riguardo alla tutela dei minori. Il ministro della Salute Renato Balduzzi ha chiaritoche non si tratta di vietare il gioco ma «di informare sul gioco azzardo patologico che é vera malattia». Leggi il dossier su Avvenire.it. Sono state introdotte disposizioni per:
- Limitare la pubblicità dei giochi con vincite in denaro con particolare riguardo alla tutela dei minori
- Esplicitare le probabilità di vincita e il rischio di dipendenza dal gioco
- Vietare l’accesso dei minori alle sale ovvero alle aree destinate al gioco
- Effettuare controlli mirati per verificare il rispetto di norme a tutela dei minori
- Rivedere, limitatamente alle nuove concessioni, anche su indicazione dei Comuni la dislocazione di punti di raccolta del gioco evitando la prossimità a luoghi sensibili (scuole, università, nosocomi, luoghi di culto)
