La crisi morde le imprese cancellandone 1.000 al giorno nel 2012. Basta con l’austerità del governo Monti: le imprese hanno bisogno di meno tasse sul lavoro, vantaggi fiscali per assumere e crescita. Queste le priorità del programma elettorale del Pdl
Il bollettino del 2012 è quello di una guerra. Durante lo scorso anno infatti sono state cancellate mille imprese al giorno. Ben 364 mila all’anno.
Secondo Unioncamere, infatti, sono 383.883 le imprese nate nel 2012 (il valore piu’ basso degli ultimi otto anni e 7.427 in meno rispetto al 2011), a fronte delle quali 364.972 – mille ogni giorno – sono quelle che hanno chiuso i battenti (+24mila unita’ rispetto all’anno precedente).

Il lavoro lo si crea solo aiutando le imprese questa è la nostra priorità. Ecco alcuni punti del programma elettorale del Pdl che vanno in questa direzione:
- Riconoscimento alle imprese, per le nuove assunzioni di giovani a tempo indeterminato, di una detrazione dei contributi (sotto forma di credito d’imposta) relativi al lavoratore assunto, per i primi 5 anni.
- Centralità delle PMI nel modello di sviluppo italiano. Il Pdl ha realizzato lo Statuto per le Pmi con il lavoro dell’onorevole Vignali.
- Sostituzione dell’attuale sistema dei sussidi alle imprese con contestuale ed equivalente riduzione delle tasse sul lavoro e sulla produzione. Riprende la proposta del presidente Squinzi.
- Pagamenti più rapidi della pubblica amministrazione, in applicazione della direttiva europea sui ritardi di pagamento.
- Utilizzo della Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, con particolare attenzione alle vocazioni territoriali degli azionisti, per finanziare l’innovazione e garantire i crediti alle esportazioni.
- Sviluppo dei distretti e delle reti d’impresa.
- Apertura al mercato dei settori chiusi, in particolare dove persistono monopoli o oligopoli statali, a partire da scuola, università, poste, energia e servizi pubblici locali.
- Favorire le imprese di giovani imprenditori: per 3 anni, vantaggi fiscali per le imprese di under 35.
- Ritorno alla Legge Biagi per uno “Statuto dei Lavori”.
- Risoluzione della questione esodati.
- Sostegno all’occupazione giovanile attraverso la totale detassazione dell’apprendistato fino a 4 anni.
- Partecipazione agli utili da parte dei lavoratori
Il Governo Berlusconi ha messo in campo tanti provvedimenti contro la crisi e per sostenere l’impresa
La Banca d’Italia dice che la causa della recessione -2,2 punti di Pil è dipesa:
- Per il primo punto all’aumento della pressione fiscale.
- Il secondo punto alla crisi internazionale.
- Soltanto lo 0,2 per cento allo spread.
Questa è la verità caro prof. Monti: il nostro imperativo è abbassare le tasse per chi produce, per chi assume, per chi investe e per le famiglie.
