Chi ha votato no al referendum per cambiare la Costituzione?
Tutti mi dicono che non abbiamo fatto nulla contro la casta e per ridurre i costi della politica. Mi arrabbio. Mi arrabbio perchè so che il Governo Berlusconi ha riformato la Costituzione ma gli italiani hanno bocciato la riduzione dei parlamentari con il referendum del 2006. Ecco cosa è successo
TUTTI LO CHIEDONO
Tanti oggi, in primis Beppe Grillo, parlano alla pancia della gente e conquistano facili consensi senza una proposta costruttiva per il Paese. Giustamente gli italiani vogliono che a fare i sacrifici non siano solo i cittadini ma anche i politici. Proprio per questo mi fa arrabbiare l’essere accusato di non aver fatto nulla. E credo di averne tutte le ragioni.
LA NOSTRA RIFORMA DELLA COSTITUZIONE
Premesso che sicuramente avremmo potuto fare di più e meglio, i risultati della nostra azione di governo sono tanti e non vanno dimenticati, soprattutto in materia di famiglia e impresa per esempio. Anche per la riduzione della “casta” e per il taglio ai costi della politica, bisogna assolutamente ricordarci che il governo Berlusconi aveva riformato la Costituzione italiana per:
Rendere il nostro sistema legislativo più efficiente, riducendo il numero dei parlamentari e riformando un bicameralismo paritario che si è dimostrato eccessivamente lento e macchinoso. Garantire la governabilità del Paese attraverso un esecutivo scelto dai cittadini, stabile e al riparo da ribaltoni e trasformismi. Ampliare il federalismo perché la vera democrazia è dove c’è più autonomia, dove c’è più possibilità da parte dei cittadini di controllare cosa fanno coloro che hanno eletto e che li amministrano.
Infatti, mantenendo intatti i principi dei grandi padri costituenti, la riforma della Costituzione prevedeva tra le altre cose:
- Devoluzione alle regioni della potestà legislativa esclusiva in alcune materie come organizzazione scolastica, polizia amministrativa regionale e locale, assistenza e organizzazione sanitaria (le norme generali sulla tutela della salute tornano di competenza esclusiva dello Stato)
- Fine del bicameralismo perfetto, con suddivisione del potere legislativo tra Camera dei deputati e Senato Federale
- Riduzione del numero di deputati (da 630 a 518) e senatori (da 315 a 252).
- Aumento dei poteri del Primo Ministro, con il cosiddetto “Premierato”.
- Clausola contro i cambi parlamentari di maggioranza e obbligo di nuove consultazioni popolari in caso di caduta del governo.
Dunque oggi avremmo avuto un notevole risparmio perchè si incide molto di più a ridurre i parlamentari (e di conseguenza staff, funzionari, personale etc.) che agire sui loro stipendi (cosa comunque fatta dal nostro governo con un -25%).
Leggete anche il Patto del Parlamentare che ci impegna a continuare su questa strada di riduzione dei costi della politica.
IL REFERENDUM E L’IDEOLOGIA
Ma l’Italia è anche un Paese che muore di ideologia: appena la sinistra con Prodi andò al governo, fece una campagna contro questa riforma solo perchè l’aveva fatta Berlusconi. E su questa onda emotiva, gli italiani votarono contro bocciando il referendum che modificava la Costituzione aggiornandola ai tempi nostri. Vinse il NO con il 61,7%. I SI’ si fermarono al 38,3% (fonte Ministero dell’Interno)
Dunque oggi, vorrei davvero sapere: io ho votato si a quel referendum. Chi può dire di aver fatto altrettanto? L’Italia la cambiamo insieme, tutti noi abbiamo responsabilità in ciò che accade.

Suggerimento: fate girare un po’ di schede elettorali, qualcuno, anziani in primis, sono un po’ confusi.
Già… ci sono degli anziani convinti che votando Berlusconi risparmiano sull’imu. Raccontate loro la verità!
Apprezzo una adeguata specificazione dei fatti
Michele la verità è questa: se avremo la responsabilità di governo elimineremo e restituiremo l’IMU sulla prima casa. Quindi chi ha pagato, per esempio, 800€ avrà 800€, chi 1.500€ avrà indietro 1.500€.

Se dovessimo perdere queste elezioni la vedo come l’unico politico in grado di diventare il leader della coalizione di centrodestra.Lei é una persona preparata e “pulita” quindi ce la metta tutta e faccia in modo che ciò possa diventare possibile!

Io ho votato sì al referendum e credo sia giusto proseguire nella politica come sta facendo Lupi con coraggio e determinazione proponendo i veri valori Cattolici senza complessi di inferiorità o paure. Un esempio da seguire.

Ma.. è vero, sull’imu prima casa risparmierebbero. D’altra parte adesso perfino monti la vuole attenuare! Il problema vero è tagliare la spesa dello stato, ridurre i dipendenti statali (scuola in primis) e poi fare figli! Qui, caro lupi, dovevate ripristinare il bonus figli, rafforzandolo a 2000/3000 euro per il secondo o terzo figlio, e non lo avete fatto: in futuro, nel caso, molto improbabile a dire il vero, di vittoria ripensateci.
Dici bene Michele. Quello stesso Monti che a dicembre disse “è da irresponsabili rivedee IMU” e che adesso, dopo le nostre proposte, corre ai ripari.
Sulla spesa dello Stato ti segnalo il nostro impegno preciso con il Patto del Parlamentare e un articolo che fa riflettere.

Accetto la provocazione: anch’io ho votato SI al referendum nel 2006. Ma il suo esito negativo andrebbe indagato un pò più a fondo, a cominciare da come si è generata la legge di riforma costituzionale.
Il punto è che poi dal 2008 (governo Berlusconi) su questi temi non mi risulta ci siano state altre iniziative, neanche utilizzando lo strumento della legge ordinaria.
Con mille parlamentari con chi ci confrontiamo in Europa e nel mondo?
Pino il Pdl e Berlusconi hanno fatto il loro dovere. E siamo stati vicini ad accarezzare il semipresidenzialismo durante il governo dei tecnici.

Sì, la costituzione va resa moderna, il numero dei parlamentari diminuito e i loro compensi debbono essere chiari e fissi per evitare che molti -così pare- passino le giornate a sperare di fargliela pagare! Io non sono per il concetto che tutti debbano diventare poveri per accontentare gli arrabbiati; sono per una politica che tagli piuttosto i costi della burocrazia e aiuti le imprese a sollevarsi dalla crisi e ad assumere. Gli stipendi devono essere tali da consentire un tenore di vita più che decoroso. Altro che tagliare gli stipendi a destra e a manca. Cominciamo a tagliare tutti quelle decine e decine di orpelli costosi alle aziende (a partire per esempio dai corsi -obbligatori anche per i piccoli uffici commerciali- per imparare la respirazione bocca a bocca e l’uso degli estintori, tanto per dirne una!). On. Lupi, spero davvero che la Sua competenza, onestà e buona volontà rendano efficaci i nostri comuni obiettivi, quelli che Lei ha indicato. Buon lavoro
caro Maurizio purtroppo la VERA riforma era quella della responsabilità fiscale delle regioni e dei comuni , che ha fatto esplodere il debito (“paga pantalone”). sbagliando si impara però , ora voterete le riforme insieme a Renzi. (il titolo V).
