Racconto della giornata di oggi: dal dialogo con i sindacati al viaggio a Berlino per l’incontro con il mio collega tedesco. E poi ancora a Roma a lavorare per la ratifica del trattato Italia-Francia sulla Tav. Leggete qui.
INCONTRO CON I SINDACATI
Questa mattina alla sede del ministero a Roma ho incontrato i rappresentanti dei quattro principali sindacati: Cgil, Cisl, Uil e Ugl. Ho spiegato loro il mio metodo di lavoro basato sull’ascolto, il confronto, la responsabilità e la decisione in tempi determinati, secondo i ruoli e i compiti che spettano a ciascuno.
Abbiamo quindi fatto una prima ricognizione sui problemi aperti del mondo dei trasporti, ho visto da parte loro un atteggiamento positivo e concorde sulla mia volontà di mettere al centro la politica delle infrastrutture e dei trasporti come volano per lo sviluppo e quindi per l’occupazione, indicando anche alcune priorità, le stesso di cui ho parlato nelle audizioni di Camera e Senato.

CON IL MINISTRO DEI TRASPORTI TEDESCO
Sono poi partito per Berlino, dove ho incontrato il ministro dei Trasporti federale della Germania Peter Ramsauer. Con il collega tedesco abbiamo parlato:
- Delle Reti Ten-T (infrastrutture strategiche per l’Europa) e soprattutto del tunnel ferroviario del Brennero che fa parte del corridoio europeo Helsinki-La Valletta, confrontando il reciproco stato di avanzamento dei lavori.
- Abbiamo discusso anche del finanziamento di queste grandi opere e della possibilità di ricorrere alla golden rule in sede Ue (l’esclusione di questi investimenti dai vincoli sul debito imposti a ogni singolo Stato dal trattato di Maastricht). Le infrastrutture non sono un costo ma un investimento!
- Ultimo punto toccato nel vertice bilaterale il libero accesso alle reti ferroviarie e la direttiva europea sulla interoperabilità come cioè rendere tecnicamente omogeneo il trasporto su ferrovia tra tutti i paesi dell’Unione.
