Buone notizie dai dati Aci-Istat sulla diminuzione degli incidenti stradali. La patente a punti da i suoi frutti ed ecco come intendiamo proseguire sulla via della maggior sicurezza
LA STRADA GIUSTA
Una sola vita umana persa è e resta una sconfitta per chi lavora per la sicurezza delle nostre strade, ma i dati, a dieci anni dall’istituzione della patente a punti, dicono che la strada intrapresa va nella direzione giusta.
I DATI
Dai dati Aci-Istat 2012 emergono, infatti, buone notizie perchè rispetto al 2011, il numero di incidenti stradali è diminuito:
- -10,3% con lesioni a persone
- -5,4% con morti
- -10,8% con feriti
- Rispetto al 2001 il numero di morti è calato del 48,6%
A ciò contribuisce sicuramente anche la maggior sicurezza e manutenzione della nostre strade, per la quale sono stati stanziati dal recente Decreto del Fare altri 300 milioni.

I PROSSIMI PASSI
Ho detto al Parlamento che intendo procedere a:
- Una revisione, semplificazione e attualizzazione del codice della strada, chiedendo una delega per questo
- Ma l’azione più decisiva, che per me deve andare di pari passo con l’emanazione di nuove norme, è quella della prevenzione attraverso un’opera di educazione dei giovani e di responsabilizzazione di chi guida.

Ciao Maurizio, in merito agli incidenti stradali che sono diminuiti, secondo il mio parere è dovuto alla presenza di meno macchine in circolazione per il costo esagerato dei carburanti e non ai punti della patente, e quindi non ho ottenuto nessuna risposta alla mia precedente e cioè quanto costa la contabilità dei punti patente e se è ancora un deterrente valido,Saluti IRusso
io gli ho segnalato quanto hanno e stanno combinando nella costruzione delle strade che non viene applucato la circ 3699 dell 8 giugno 2001 relativo alle linee guida per la sicurezza delle strade ma non risponde evidentemente non siamo degni di risposta. Noi siamo deficienti. Avendo studiato le norme per conto di una fondazione che si occupa di sicurezza stradale ti assicuro che questa cultura è lontanissima nei proprietari delle strade e quello che è peggio per le nuove strade.Avevo anche chiesto di non far svolgere la cerimonia di inaugurqazione di 3 km di strada perchè era uno spreco imnsopportabile in questo momento di crisi ma niente questi non rinunciano alla pubblicità fregandosene di tutto il resto. A questo punto sto pensando di togliermi da questo gruppo perchè ne ho le tasche piene degli annunci dei politici sarebbe molto meglio se rispondono alle nostre missive
Subito norme severissime sugli apparati di segnalazione luminosa delle biciclette. Molto spesso viaggiano contromano in zone poco illuminate e la loro presenza viene percepita dal guidatore dell’auto solo all’ultimo momento con l’evidente rischio di travolgerle; in specialmodo quando in senso opposto sopraggiunge un veicolo con fari abbaglianti non regolati o con lampadine fuorilegge (altro grosso problema) che disturbano fortemente il campo visivo e impediscono di visualizzare la presenza del ciclista stesso. GRAZIE
Meno auto assicurate in giro e l’Associazione Vittime Della Strada non risarcisce per danni inferiori a 500 euro. Come tutelarsi senza essere costretti a stipulare altri contratti assicurativi sulla vita?
Non è la patente a punti a determinare una diminuzione degli incidenti, piuttosto il caro benzina a costringere gli italiani a muoversi con altri mezzi.
Un premio a chi non provoca incidenti da una vita? Mai pensato ad uno sconto sul costo assicurazione auto? Sarebbe dovuto e probabilmente sarebbe un’ottimo incentivo a guidare con cautela.

Ma per PREVENIRE incidenti Stradali causati dall’abuso di alcol, non sarebbe bene adottare un sistema di Etilometro Blocca Motore che esiste già da Febbraio 2007 e che TUTTI i Ministri e Ministeri ne sono al corrente?
Perchè non vogliono adottarlo?
Intanto, bambini compresi, continuano a morire sulle strade per colpa di qualche ubriaco!
Ma la colpa di queste morti di chi è…?
Di chi non fa niente per prevenirle !
Dei nostri Ministri dei Trasporti che fanno finta di niente, perchè?
Cosa ci guadagnano?
Chi glielo impedisce, la….politica …barattata?
Aumentare le pene, tanto in galera non ci và nessuno, le multe, serve a poco.
Un ubriaco alla guida di un mezzo, in quel momento che ha bevuto non ragiona!
Figuriamoci se pensa al ritiro della patente o al sequestro del mezzo!
E’ ubriaco e basta!
