Cantiere per Expo 2015: la A4 Milano Torino si amplia
Oggi ho inaugurato i lavori sulla autostrada A4 Milano Torino che faciliteranno, tra le altre cose, l’avvicinamento al sito di Expo 2015.
EXPO 2015
Visitando il cantiere ho ribadito che Expo 2015 è di interesse non regionale ma del Paese. Una vetrina con cui Italia torna a essere protagonista. Nel lavoro che stiamo facendo al Ministero desideriamo ribaltare la concezione: dare fondi e tempi certi alle opere che vengono cantierate. Revocare le risorse alle opere che non stanno partendo.

IL CANTIERE DELLA A4
L’intervento di ammodernamento dell’autostrada Milano Torino A4 non è solo un allargamento delle carreggiate per costruire la corsia di emergenza e la quarta corsia nel tratto Marcallo-Mesero / Milano (Ghisolfa), ma anche un insieme di interventi mirati a realizzare un’infrastruttura totalmente nuova nelle geometrie, negli aspetti impiantistici e nella realizzazione di servizi innovativi per il cliente. Per tutelare il territorio e il bellissimo parco del Ticino.
LA LEVA FISCALE
Durante il mio breve intervento ho ricordato come la leva fiscale possa aiutare la realizzazione delle opere visto che non ci sono risorse pubbliche. Una cosa bellissima da ricordare è che la prima grande opera ad essere defiscalizzata fu il duomo di Milano. Infatti quando un’opera serve alla comunità va aiutata. I barconi che trasportavano i blocchi per costruire la cattedrale non pagavano dazio ed erano marchiati dalla sigla “A.U.F.” ovvero Ad usum fabricae.

E’ infatti da quella sigla che a Milano diventò di uso comune dire ” A UFO” per indicare qualcosa a gratis.
