Un altro miliardo e 500 milioni per spingere l'occupazione
Un altro miliardo e 500 milioni di euro per interventi in infrastrutture e opere pubbliche nel Sud decisi oggi in Consiglio dei ministri.
Un’ulteriore spinta per una ripartenza dell’economia e dell’occupazione si calcola infatti che l’impatto sull’occupazione sia di 70/80mila posti a partire dall’apertura dei cantieri prevista nella primavera del 2014.
IL PROGRAMMA 6000 CAMPANILI
In particolare ha effetto molto positivo il programma 6000 campanili, interventi infrastrutturali tra i 500mila euro e il milione di euro per i comuni sotto i 5000 abitanti. Queste sono opere di riqualificazione del territorio che danno lavoro alle piccole e medie imprese locali.
Abbiamo ricevuto oltre 5000 domande. Con i 100 milioni stanziati dal Decreto del fare ne abbiamo finanziate 115, altre ne finanzieremo con i 50 milioni aggiunti a questo fondo con la Legge di Stabilità, e prevediamo di potenziarlo ulteriormente nel corso del 2014. Ora, con il miliardo non speso e recuperato dai fondi strutturali europei per il Sud, risponderemo positivamente alle mille domande delle quattro regioni cui quei fondi erano destinati.
Gli altri 500 milioni di fondi strutturali europei riallocati in opere immediatamente cantierabili andranno a incrementare il Piano città, con il quale sono attualmente già stati finanziati 28 progetti.
