Ecco il mio appello con Mara Carfagna e Gabriele Toccafondi per un regime fiscale sensibile alla ricchezza del non profit, settore fondamentale per milioni di italiani e che non gode di nessun favore

Con Mara Carfagna e Gabriele Toccafondi abbiamo rivolto una lettera al direttore di Avvenire per fare chiarezza sull’esenzione Imu al non profit.
Qualche dato sulle realtà del non profit innanzitutto:
- QUANTE SONO? > 250 mila organizzazioni (ultimo dato ufficiale)
- QUANTI CI LAVORANO? > 750 mila le persone occupate nel settore
- QUANTI VOLONTARI? > 5 milioni i volontari
- QUANTO PRODUCE? > Il non profit genera più del 4.3% del Pil nazionale
- QUANTI NE BENEFICIANO? > 50 milioni sono i fruitori dei servizi del non profit
- QUANTO RISPARMIA LO STATO? > Difficile immaginare quanto spenderebbe in più lo Stato a dover svolgere tutti questi servizi
IL NON PROFIT HA RIFERIMENTI IDEALI PLURALISTICI, SEDI, STRUTTURE E ATTIVITA’ NON CERTO CONFINATE NEI DINTORNI DI SACRESTIE E ORATORI!
Non promuovere questa realtà con una politica fiscale sensibile sarebbe miope. Colpirla sarebbe una mancata occasione di sviluppo. Impoverire il Terzo Settore vuol dire impoverire l’Italia.

- Introduzione del 5×1000 ormai più di sei anni fa > 5 per 1000 stabile: una vittoria per tutti
- Chiedendo e ottenendo di non aumentare l’Iva per le cooperative sociali nella legge di stabilità >Bisogna fermare l’aumento iva alle coop. sociali
- Presentando l’emendamento al cosiddetto decreto entri territoriali perchè comprendesse nelle esenzioni dall’Imu gli enti non profit
