MANIFESTAZIONE DEL PDL PER LA GIUSTIZIA
Come la penso sulle vicende giudiziarie di Berlusconi e come la pensa il mio partito si sa. Ma io ora sono Ministro di questo governo a cui il Pdl e il presidente Berlusconi hanno dato un mandato misurato su alcuni punti ben precisi:
- abbassamento della pressione fiscale
- taglio del costo del lavoro
- rilancio dell’occupazione
Credo che sia giusto che un governo come questo cada solo se questi punti concordati col presidente Letta non vengono realizzati. Questo è l’atto di responsabilità che tutti possiamo avere. Credo poi che sia altrettanto legittimo per il Popolo della libertà stringersi con forza al suo leader e fare tutte le manifestazioni che è legittimo fare in democrazia. Come ministro mi astengo da qualsiasi dichiarazione sul merito, spero che gli altri facciano altrettanto.
COMPENSAZIONI LEGATE ALLA TORINO-LIONE
Premesso che su questioni così sensibili è meglio evitare strumentalizzazioni e polemiche, dopo il question time di mercoledì non ho cambiato idea. I soldi ci sono sempre stati e sono garantiti. Per questo governo la Tav è un’opera strategica e che consenso delle popolazioni interessate e confronto continuo sono fondamentali. Le opere di compensazione richieste in contemporanea con l’apertura dei cantieri hanno un valore anche simbolico perchè gli amministratori locali devono essere messi nelle condizioni di essere credibili.
“Si ritiene opportuno innanzitutto sottolineare che non rispondono a verità le notizie di stampa apparse ieri su alcuni quotidiani nazionali in merito a un dirottamento dei fondi destinati alla Val di Susa per le opere di compensazione della nuova linea Torino-Lione a vantaggio del nuovo auditorium di Firenze.” (Question Time alla Camera dei Deputati di mercoledì 8 maggio)
Non è vero che sono stati tolti 8 milioni per dirottarli su Firenze: c’era uno stanziamento di 2 milioni per il 2012 e di 8 per il 2016. Ora l’abbiamo ricadenzato: mi sono impegnato personalmente a farne stanziare 2 subito e poi 4 nel 2014 e 4 nel 2015 in occasione dell’assestamento di bilancio di metà giugno in modo tale da far partire subito gli appalti. Per passare all’operatività piena, però, dobbiamo ratificare il trattato con la Francia. Appurato che col Def i 2,9 miliardi richiesti ci sono credo che nel primo consiglio dei ministri utile potremo varare il disegno di legge di ratifica del trattato. Nel frattempo ho già convocato per la prossima settimana un incontro col presidente dell’Osservatorio, enti locali e parlamentari per affrontare eventuali altri problemi.
RISORSE PER REALIZZARE I PROGETTI
L’esperienza dell’alta velocità e tutto quello che ne è seguito in termini di efficienza del Paese e miglioramento della mobilità, pensiamo solo cosa sono oggi i collegamenti tra Torino e Milano, ci dicono che per queste opere bisogna pensare in termini di investimenti, non di costi. Certo poi le risorse sono poche e questo ci costringe ad essere intelligenti: i fondi pubblici dovranno sempre di più diventare un moltiplicatore delle risorse del privato.
IL PONTE DI MESSINA
Nella coalizione di governo ci sono due pareri opposti, come ministro devo tenerne conto. Credo che il Ponte così come la Tav fosse il completamento delle rete dei corridoi europei. Ora mi trovo di fronte ad un provvedimento di messa in liquidazione del precedente governo e mi auguro che tutto il possibile contenzioso sia stato tenuto in conto, che tutte le verifiche siano state fatte e soprattutto che non ci sia il rischio penali.

In campagna elettorale ed anche successivamente, siete stati chiari: abolizione IMU e detassazione assunzioni erano improrogabili ed inoppugnabili, ora vi accontentate di rimandare l’imu di qualche mese e della detassazione nemmeno se ne parla? Contenti sarete voi, ma non gran parte dei vostri sostenitori, io tra questi. Potete così raccontarci che stiamo crescendo nei sondaggi, ma sappiamo tutti che sono bal-le, se non tenete la linea il pdl credo che non rappresenti più il sogno liberale che ci auspicavamo. Date risposte a questi dubbi, tra la gente ed in special modo tra i nostri elettori sta nascendo la convinzione di non essere più rappresentati.
