Voto palese su Berlusconi è contro la logica e il diritto
È arrivata la decisione di voto palese per la decadenza di Silvio Berlusconi.
Sostenere che il voto sulla decadenza del senatore Silvio Berlusconi non riguarda la sua persona e quindi può essere esercitato in modo palese fa a cazzotti con la logica oltre che con il regolamento e la prassi del Senato.
Ma la logica, il diritto e le regole del nostro Parlamento pare non contino nulla quando c’è di mezzo Silvio Berlusconi.
Contro il leader del centrodestra tutto è ammesso, tutto è giustificato: il voto palese al posto del voto segreto, la retroattività di una legge, una fretta inusuale, la sordità rispetto ai dubbi sulla legge Severino espressi anche da autorevoli giuristi di sinistra con la conseguente ragionevole proposta di chiedere un parere in merito alla Corte costituzionale.
Pur di eliminare Berlusconi dalla vita politica – cosa che peraltro non avverrà – e non riuscendoci per via elettorale, si fa strame di tutto senza rendersi conto del precedente che si crea e delle sue gravi conseguenze per la democrazia in questo paese.

Egregio Ministro,
Io non credo che l’Aula del Senato possa accettare questa violazione del regolamento perpetrata dalla Giunta.
Bisogna ripristinare a tutti i costi la legalità e la giustizia dei procedimenti. Non si possono cambiare le regole ad personam!
Con l’occasione le suggerisco di dire al Cavaliere di “bloccare” il progetto di “sostituzione” del PDL con FI in quanto temo reazioni negative tra gli elettori (non tutti provengono, come lei ben sa, da FI)oltre che tra i collaboratori politici.

Il Parlamento è illegale.Io ho notato che in tutte le reti Tv pubbliche e non ci sono solo sostenitori e opinionisti di sinistra quelli di centrodestra dove sono?Siamo in dittatura rossa perchè andare a votare se il potere è già del centrosinistra.I paesi dell’Est hanno eliminato la dittatura rossa solo in Italia si sta verificando il contrario.Questa non è democrazia.Tutto quello che Lei ha elencato è molto provocatorio per non dire che va oltre la provocazione occorre molto autocontrollo per sopportare queste ingiustizie.Ma i Magistrati di centrodestra non esistono in Italia? Il principio del contraddittorio dove è finito?Facile vincere con Stampa,Tv,Magistratura,No Tav,danneggiatori vari,Comici Tv,tutti per la sinistra.La partita è truccata,non vale.

Visto che per lei la decadenza del nostro Leader è importante e negativa per la nostra democrazia, io mi domando ha ancora senso governare con un alleato che con un colpo di spugna vuol far fuori Berlusconi? Io le chiedo visto che ho votato per lei lo scorso febbraio, di uscire dal governo Letta, oppure è troppo legato alla sua fondazione con Letta? oppure al progetto il PDL oltre Berlusconi pensato e partorito quest’anno al Meeting di Rimini? certo i ciellini essendo inquadrati votano come i comunisti se l’ordine di Carron è quello tutti d’accordo vero? Guarda caso lei è ministro dllle infrastrutture cosa che fa molto gola alla compagnia delle opere, per cui caro Ministro non venga a dire che le ineressa il destino di Silvio, perchè se davvero le interessa il destino di Silvio, si dimetterebbe da ministro e farebbe cadere questo governo delle larghe intese che è diventato il governo delle larghe disattese pieno di tranelli e di prese in giro per il popolo italiano. ma mi sa che ci sono troppi interessi dietro al tuo atteggiamento ciao un ex elettore

Tutto assolutamente condivisibile, penso che la più forte risposta al pd sia guardare avanti per vincere le elezioni della prossima primavera , innovare per recuperare gli elettori persi nelle elezioni politiche del 2013 e nelle successive amministrative ( da ultimo il disastro in trentino alto adige)

premesso che a febbraio ho votato il PdL nonostante Berlusconi e che il 2 ottobre ho sperato nella fiducia al governo, ora credo che sia difficile giustificare il premier Letta che disse ‘nè trattamenti ad personam nè contra personam’. Il voto palese è contra personam, quindi cosa farà Letta? Nulla, l’ha già detto. E voi ‘ministeriali’ impegnandovi fino al 2015 per il bene del paese, non avete alcun margine di manovra. Quindi fino a fine legislatura in parlamento dovremo accettare qualsiasi cosa ci impongano e non avrete nulla a cui appigliarvi all’interno del partito. Lo so che lo fate per il bene comune, però non so come farete a mantenere un equilibrio. Qualcosa si dovrà spezzare e ciò dispiace visto che la vostra è la sola posizione ragionevole e per questo non è accettata/appoggiata da nessuno.
