150 milioni per la ricostruzione delle infrastrutture della Sardegna
(aggiornato al 27 novembre) Sono stato in Sardegna personalmente. Oggi la legge di Stabilità ha destinato 150 milioni di euro per la ricostruzione delle infrastrutture.

La Legge di stabilità ha stanziato 150 milioni di euro per la ricostruzione delle infratrutture in Sardegna, tra cui ponti, viadotti, strade e ferrovie. Si interverrà rapidamente, in 3 o 4 mesi, grazie al ripristino delle strade provinciali da parte di Anas, nonostante non siano di loro competenza. Anche le ferrovie hanno assicurato il ripristino dei collegamenti in circa 20 giorni.
Si è al lavoro per ripristinare le strade. Mi sono recato in Gallura, accompagnato dal presidente della Regione Ugo Cappellacci, per un sopralluogo e ho assicurato la disponibilità immediata di 50 milioni per il ripristino della viabilità e la ricostruzione delle arterie principali in pochi mesi.
Dobbiamo smettere di vivere in emergenza perchè se andiamo avanti così le responsabilità saranno di tutti e gli sconfitti saranno tutti. Per la prima volta sono stati stanziati 1,2 miliardi nel Decreto del Fare per la prevenzione. Di questi 300 milioni sono per la manutenzione di ponti e viadotti, 300 per le ferrovie, 500 per le scuole e 100 per la riqualificazione dei piccoli comuni.
Nella legge di stabilità è stato approvato da tutte le forze politiche un emendamento che prevede 150 milioni di euro per i lavori. Dobbiamo dare tempi certi quanto meno per la ricostruzione degli assi principali.

LA NUOVA ALLERTA METEO
Come riportano le agenzie, resta a 460 il numero degli sfollati e c’è una nuova allerta meteo per le precipitazioni in arrivo, soprattutto nell’Anglona e in Gallura. Intanto UniCredit ha sospeso la rata dei mutui per le popolazioni colpite dall’alluvione in Sardegna.
I maggiori problemi alla viabilità sono:
- Cinque strade statali e 12 provinciali risultano ancora interrotte;
- La Protezione civile ha diffuso la mappa delle limitazioni alla viabilita. In particolare:
- sulla 131 Dcn Nuoro-Olbia è chiusa una carreggiata fra il km 60 e il km 70, mentre sull’altra si viaggia a doppio senso di circolazione;
- la 125 e’ interrotta all’uscita per Posada Monte Pau;
- la 127 e’ interrotta dal km 3,500 al km 10;
- la ss 129 dal km 22 al km 32;
- la nuova 389 Nuoro-Lanusei e’ chiusa dal km 27 al km 36;
- chiusa anche la provinciale 63 fra Pabillonis e San Gavino, nel Medio Campidano.
