NON CI SIAMO… ma caliamoci nella realtà.
Importante certo abolire una tassa ma perchè decantare questa scelta come se fosse la salvezza della Patria. Poche decine di euro nel peggiore dei casi, ma gli stessi cittadini si troveranno una cifra ben superiore dall’aumento della tassa rifiuti che avranno con la TARES. Una tassa che esce dalla porta per rientrare dalla finestra.
Ai Comuni è stato chiesto di contenere le spese: io, sindaco di un piccolo comune, ho dovuto richiedere consulenza per redigere il piano finanziario della TARES e per gli adempimenti conseguenti, istituire uno sportello per spiegare ai cittadini che, pur avendo le risorse economiche per non aumentare la tassa rifiuti (sempre soldi dei cittadini) lo Stato mi impone di coprire al 100% la spesa pescando ancora dalle tasche dei contribuenti… Aggiornare i software per l’emissione del nuovo tributo, formazione al personale, ecc. tutto naturalmente con spese che tra l’altro rientrano nel calcolo della TARES. …Per poi scoprire che l’anno prossimo verrà sostituita dalla SERVICE TAX, con lo stesso iter.
E ANCORA… per far ripartire l’economia dovremmo ridurre il peso alle imprese che invece si trovano a pagare ancora l’IMU, con aliquote che i Comuni spesso hanno messo al massimo perchè da qualche parte i soldi li devono prendere, e la TARES che per alcune categorie comporta aumenti di oltre il 100% rispetto alla vecchIa TARSU.
CALAMOCI NELLA RELATA… è da anno che faccio Politica, ho militato in AN prima e nel PDL poi, con grande passione, da anni sono amministratore locale, ma purtroppo mi ritrovo a dire NON CI SIAMO!!!!!!!

Io invece non sono affatto contenta di questo provvedimento, lo trovo MIOPE. Avrei pagato volentieri i miei 200 euro di Imu per la mia prima casa se il governo avesse deciso, per esempio, di destinare quei 2-4 miliardi di euro alla Ricerca, Università, Scuola. Mi avrebbe dato un senso di speranza per i nostri giovani e per il futuro del nostro paese. Questo provvedimento è un segno che dal pantano della crisi non si vuole uscire, ci si accontenta di lasciare in tasca agli italiani (per quanto tempo?) qualche euro (ai ricchi qualcuno in più).

Anch’io, in verità, ho alcuni dubbi sulla vera efficacia di questo provvedimento, soprattutto perchè l’imu verrà inclusa nella service tax del prossimo anno (gestita dai comuni). E non credo proprio che pagheremo meno…
Al di là di questo, ciò che preoccupa e avvilisce e che il politico non vede (credo che sia la sensazione che passa a noi cittadini), è il fatto di vedere che ogni provvedimento ed ogni idea di cambiamento (anche buona) deve costantemente sottostare a ricatti dell’una o dell’altra parte politica. Non entro nel merito perchè i fatti sono evidenti!
Questa maggioranza è nata (grazie a Dio!) contro ogni iniziale previsione, e si è messa finalmente a lavorare! Due parti da tempo nemiche sono riuscite ad accordarsi, per non fare affondare il paese dietro alla follia anti-sociale ed anti-umana portata dal “grillismo”. Si è visto che le cose si possono fare se si ha la buona volontà, perchè le istituzioni servono!
Ma il costante ricatto di sottofondo di far cadere il governo ad ogni decisione da prendere, non fa bene! Non credo che in questo momento storico, sciogliere le camere possa avvantaggiare l’una o l’altra parte più di non vedere un proprio provvedimento realizzato! Il compromesso ci può stare se al cuore c’è la preoccupazione di “fare”, sì… ma fare bene, senza calcoli elettorali. I padri fondatori dell’Europa (chi è stato alla mostra al Meeting di Rimini lo ha potuto vedere) hanno avuto anche il coraggio di essere impopolari per fare le scelte giuste.

Bene! L’imu per gli agricoltori e sull’invenduto era veramente una tassa demenziale….Io tifo per questo governo. Adesso dovete obbligare le banche ad usare i soldi che mettete a disposizione per erogarli veramente i mutui perchè se non riparte il mercato immobiliare non riparte nulla. e mi raccomando di non aumentare l’Iva!

Parlerò solo di IMU.
Ho seguito attentamente tutti gli sviluppi riguardanti la presa di posizione per l’IMU, cavallo di battaglia del PDL (nostro), OK.
Primo passo superato, per così dire.
Mi sto chiedendo se anche voi del PDL, crediate che i vostri elettori siano degli idioti.
Cosa c’è tanto da esultare se il giorno seguente si parla già della “SERVICE TAX”?
Questa tassa andrà a colpire nuovamente la prima casa sotto altra forma e magari molti saranno ancor più penalizzati di prima.
Questo lo dice anche Monti e purtroppo debbo dargli ragione.
Tutto inoltre, verrà demandato ai comuni i quali potranno disporre a loro piacimento, l’onere della tassa.
Non bastano le addizionali comunali e regionali: Irpef, blocco pensioni, stipendi, ecc… che stanno assumendo proporzioni troppo rilevanti, ci voleva questa bella novità, tanto per restare in tema, gli Italiani intanto non capiscono niente…
Finché questo modo di pensare viene dal PD, posso capirlo, ma che voi facciate una cosa e non la portiate a termine come promesso e facendo credere di aver fatto chissà quale miracolo, non va assolutamente bene.
Per completare il discorso sull’IMU ed esultare a ragione, dovreste interessarvi per una ” Service TAX ” equa che non vada a peggiorare altre situazioni.
E’ così che sareste veramente credibili con il vostro elettorato, me compreso, perché avreste assolto il vostro compito.
Gradirei ricevere una Sua risposta in merito per non sentirmi, oltre che deluso, veramente preso in giro dal partito al quale abbiamo sempre dato completa fiducia.

DETTO….FATTO. Signor Ministro c’è veramente da esultare per l’abolizione dell’IMU ? Se questo è il prezzo per tenere in vita il Governo a colpi di ultimatum, accettiamolo torto collo. Ma fino a quando ? Resta il fatto che l’abolizione dell’IMU, per tutte le prime casa , senza distinzioni, è l’ennesima ingiustizia fiscale.Sarà un’ennesima moderna “tassa sul macinato” che coprirà i costi.

Buonasera Caro Ministro.
Giudico positivo l’accordo sull’IMU e quanto altro deliberato ieri pomeriggio dal Consiglio dei Ministri, con la speranza che il Parlamento ratifichi in fretta il tutto.
Con l’occasione desidero raccontarle un fatto che conferma una situazione di disagio nei confronti delle nazioni al nord delle Alpi.
Causa un virus contratto nel 2010 a Gatteo a Mare (FC), nel 2010 sono stato ricoverato a notte fonda nell’ospedale di Cesena. Un’ottima struttura che tuttavia nulla fece e nulla fa a tutela dei turisti in villeggiatura nell’area Cesenatico/San Mauro a Mare. I medici curanti mi hanno chiarito che il mare è inquinata a causa del fiume Rubicone (Alea iacta est), e Gatteo a Mare è una cloaca a cielo aperto!
Quest’estate a Pinarella di Cervia con il mare pulitissimo perché privo delle scogliere di sbarramento, ho saputo che qualche anno addietro le amministrazioni comunali lambite dal Rubicone si erano accordate per depurare le acque dello storico fiume. Sottoposta a referendum, la delibera è stata bocciata perché i democratici cittadini romagnoli si sono rifiutati di pagare gli oneri di conduzione dell’impianto di trattamento delle acque reflue!
Quanto lavoro per creare infrastrutture adeguate! Coraggio, e grazie per l’opera svolta.

Perché volete far credere alla gente che avete partorito una cosa utile. Avete cambiato nome ad una tassa ( Italian way) e la troveremo inglobata nella service tax o tares che dir si voglia. Meglio i teaser, fogli bianchi che diranno a quale prodotto si rivolgono quando la curiosità della gente sarà cresciuta. E’ l’ennesima meschina soluzione di periodo che la classe politica ci ha ammannito. Che dice di IRPEF, ILOR etc. E dell’IVA? Non credo che € 150 in tasca agli Italiani risolvano il problema di una tassazione esasperante che serve solo a tenere in piedi il baraccone della politica. vergognatevi un tantino e, se volete dare un senso alla parola dignità, andate a casa e fate ci cittadini che lavorano e producono qualcosa di utile alla nazione.

Caro ministro, benissimo togliere l’IMU prima casa, ma pensate anche a noi cinquantenni reddito medio-basso ( non oso dire medio, visto che dopo 25 anni di insegnamento non arrivo ai €1600) a cui i genitori hanno lasciato bilocali o trilocali al mare o montagna per passarci le vacanze… non sto parlando di ville in amene località, ma in luoghi di “piccolo turismo” … piccoli appartamenti che prima o poi saremo costretti a vendere, insieme ai nostri ricordi … PIUTTOSTO PERCHE’ NON PENSARE A RIVEDERE I VALORI CATASTALI E A CUMULARLI -prime e “seconde case” – CREANDO UN TETTO DI ESENZIONE IN MODO DA AGEVOLARE I PICCOLI PROPRIETARI DI PICCOLI APPARTAMENTI? non trovo giusto che quest’anno mezzo stipendio sia andato solo per l’IMU in un comune sperduto della Valsassina… lì abbiamo trascorso le ferie e i servizi di cui abbiamo goduto per un mese non sono stati proporzionati ai benefici che hanno i residenti dalle nostre IMU seconda casa… pensiamo anche a questo!!!! difendete la classe media, che ormai sta facendo sempre piu’ fatica ed è schiacciata tra i vari assistenzialismi da una parte e il 10% che detiene la ricchezza dell’Italia dall’altra… grazie per il suo ascolto!!!!

Egregio ministro,sono contenta che l’IMU prima casa sia stata eliminata,però sarebbe anche bello che chi lascia la prima casa per ragioni di lavoro o altro e lascia la casa ai genitori o fratelli rimanga prima casa e non essere costretto a pagarla come 2 casa anche se è l’unica che ha.Ma sarebbe molto equo che l’aumento del 60%,aumento spropositato venga rimodulato come segue:aumento del 20% sulla 2 casa,del 30% sulla 3 casa,del 40% sulla 4 casa e così via fino al 70% dalla settima casa in poi.Perchè vede caro Lupi,molti hanno faticato per comprarsi una seconda casa per andare in vacanza con i figli oppure molti hanno ereditato una seconda casa e fanno molta fatica a pagare tutte queste tasse,moltissimi non hanno tante possibilità e magari dispiace essere costretti a vendere la casa avuta in eredità dai genitori o qualche parente comprata con tanti sacrifici.Capisco che in politica non si deve essere umani,così ho sentito dire da qualcuno,ma un pò di umanità non guasterebbe.Poi abbiamo questa service tax che vedremo introdotta e che siccome non siamo stupidi sappiamo che alla fine facendo la somma pagheremo molto di più di quanto abbiamo pagato fino ad oggi.Vede Sig.Lupi se in una famiglia entrano 100 euro si devono calcolare spese per 95 lasciando un margine per spese extra,ma se si accorge che le spese sono 120 non può continuare a spendere pensando che forse entreranno soldi in altro modo.Deve tagliare le spese.Anche lo stato dovrebbe fare questo invece lo stato continua a spendere più di quanto incassa e per la differenza mette tasse per cercare di pareggiare i conti.Io sono stufa di questo modo di governare,ho sempre avuto fiducia in Berlusconi che forse un giorno saremmo arrivati ad una diminuzione delle spese,purtroppo la delusione è enorme,per i politici la diminuzione delle spese vale solo per noi.Ma voi politici che non volete fare alcun sacrificio quando non ci saranno più soldi nelle nostre tasche,quando non ci saranno più soldi per le nostre pensioni perchè i giovani non lavorano,quando gli imprenditori se ne andranno in altri paesi perchè impossibile lavorare in Italia per i costi ed una giustizia mancante,avete mai pensato chi vi pagherà il vostro stipendio la vostra pensione i vostri privilegi? O forse non vi importa molto perchè avrete messo nei paradisi fiscali abbastanza soldi per continuare la bella vita? Scusi se sono brutale ma la delusione è troppo grande,siete solo capaci di tassarci di impoverirci senza pietà.I soldi potrebbero essere trovati in tanti modi,per esempio perchè non eliminare tutti i vostri privilegi?Se un comune lavoratore con 1200 euro deve mantenere una famiglia pagarsi i mezzi pubblici o l’auto deve pagarsi una pizza quando ci riesce perchè non lo potete fare anche voi?I senatori a vita che alla fine nemmeno vengono in Senato che hanno già una due o tre pensioni,perchè tra l’altro a voi è permesso fare più lavori contemporaneamente,perchè dobbiamo dare loro 25000 euro o più al mese?Lo so sono piccole cose ma queste piccole cose unite ne fanno una grande.Se il PDL o Forza Italia vuole riprendersi l’elettorato deve pensare prima di tutto a noi,ma voi non siete capaci di fare sacrifici PERCHE’ NON LO VOLETE E’ PIU’ FACILE DISSANGUARCI.

Se sei così contento a pagare tasse, perché la sinistra è capace solo di generarle, paga l’ IMU a qualcuno che per avere la fortuna o la sfortuna di aver ereditato un monolocale e nel frattempo ha perso il lavoro, non ha la possibilità di pagarla e ti ringrazierà dicendo: ” Ehi la sinistra ha avuto pietà di un italiano, perché ormai per voi sono importanti solo gli emigrati”. Sei per caso un grillino?

Ringrazio il Governo per aver fatto accettare e forse non digerire agli altri la “cancellazione” dell’IMU sulla prima casa, ma non sono convinta del buon esito avuto. Mi attendo altre tasse ahimè! Senz’altro ci sarà la tassa sulla prima casa, che non si chiamerà IMU ma che finirà nel calderone di altre tasse sulle tasse delle tasse! A pagare siamo noi, sempre noi povera gente che si alza al mattino alle 5 e torna a casa alle 20 per mille euro al mese! Come mai non si parla di aumentare gli stipendi? Come mai non si parla di aumentare le pensioni? Come mai non si parla di posti di lavoro in aumento? Mi chiedo e mi proccupo del mio domani e di quello di tanti giovani che sono sulle spalle dei genitori, poi si parla di “mammismo”!! Perchè non sento parlare che di tasse di aumento IVA? L’Italia è alla deriva, lo sapete bene, anzi benissimo ma volete dissanguarci, caro Ministro non ho più sangue, pensavo di poter andare in pensione invece mi tocca lavorare fino a che non andrò in carrozzella!!! Ma rendetevi conto, che se si vuole le leggi si possono fare, avete i cittadini dalla vostra parte. Fuori gli anziani che vogliono restare a casa e dentro i giovani! Dovete costruire, purtroppo state distruggendo la nostra bellissima Penisola! Lo sapete e non v’importa, siamo pieni di extra comunitari che dobbiamo mantenere NOI non VOI! Basta è ora di agire, prima guardiamo i nostri figli e poi quelli degli altri, non sono razzista ma ci state facendo diventare peggio di loro. Basta tasse non se ne può più! Ma queste sono parole che restano parole e forse nemmeno lette. Voi avete di che vivere noi non arriviamo al 20 del mese! Provate a passare quello che passiamo noi poi magari riuscireste a fare delle buone leggi!

L’impasse seguito alle sentenze orribili sta avvantaggiando il PD. Renzi diventa una star che attira ogni curiosità e le proposte come le vittorie del PDL passano in secondo piano.
La situazione del CAV è terribile, per questo dovrebbe trovarsi un megafono per le idee del centrodestra, indispensabile ora e forse in futuro. Alfano non è adatto,Brunetta e Santanchè neppure, meglio un non politico, uno che sappia parlare in concretezza di come salvare l’Italia da burocrati italici e europei, mestieranti di sinistra falsi, bugiardi e incapaci che pontificano per gli ignoranti con l’aiuto di stampa e pseudointellettuali.

Bene la cancellazione dell’Imu(sulla prima casa) che potrà avere un effetto psicologico positivo sul mercato.La service tax sarà collegata ai servizi che aumentano il valore dell’immobile e servono a coloro che vi abitano a qualsiasi titolo;io penso che per la service tax,una tassa che non si basa sul valore patrimoniale come l’Imu,un ruolo determinante sarà svolto da Comuni.Il motto è tagliare ancora le tasse.

Poiché gran parte dei proprietari di abitazioni hanno effettuato sacrifici immensi per acquistare il “bene-casa”, l’abolizione dell’IMU rappresenta, politicamente, un successo del PDL. Forse si è generata un po’ di confusione tra rinvii e spostamenti di scadenza, tra annunci e smentite, per cui sarebbe auspicabile un’ufficiale ma semplice comunicazione sullo stato dell’arte anche perché l’incredibile intervento del Sen. Monti sta generando ulteriore confusione.
E contemporaneamente merita un accenno la service tax il cui ammontare non può comprendere costi mascherati per recuperare il gettito IMU.
La riduzione dell’elevatissimo costo delle PA consentirebbe di non ulteriormente gravare su cittadini e PMI ormai al collasso. Infatti, in Lombardia, si sono iscritte, tra gennaio e giugno, più di 1.400 procedure di fallimento (1,8 imprese su 1.000; +7,5%). In più della metà dei casi si tratta purtroppo di imprese giovani nate tra il 2000 e il 2009.
L’augurio è che la troppe volte annunciata ripresa economica susciti almeno un po’ di fiducia soprattutto nel mondo imprenditoriale.
